Blaenau Gwent – Service Improvement Project
End of project Show and Tell
The collaboration between Blaenau Gwent Digital Team and the WLGA Digital Team to improve the Council’s Littering Service has now completed and is live. This Show and Tell goes through the work we did, how beneficial adopting user centred design was to the service redesign and the outcomes we achieved. The video can be viewed here.
This was a good project to be involved in and my thanks to all involved in making it a success.
