Life Events Service Design: Council Tax Reduction Service Prototype Demo 

We held a demo of the Council Tax Reduction service prototype for everyone on 6^th October. This included some iterations made to the prototype during August following user feedback.  With the original demo taking place in early August, we ran it again as a number of people weren’t able to attend due to school holidays. The prototype is designed to show design good practice based on the GOV.UK look and feel, with the user feedback we received being very positive.
